We set up the account (download application here), provide you with the SIM card and telephone number. With All Over Communications, you can deactivate your service, pay $11 per month to keep your local number. When ready to re-activate, we reconnect your SIM card at no additional charge, and we will restore your local number! Also, FREE INCOMING CALLS (most plans) are included.
