Shipping & Returns


Returns: All Over Communications wants to insure customer satisfaction on every purchase of our communication products so we offer a 30-day return policy on most unopened items. Returnable products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Products must be returned in same condition as sold. Returned products will be sent back at customer's expense and packaged in a reasonable way to avoid product damage. If product was defective, we will then cover the shipping costs for defective product return. 

Non-returnable and non-refundable items include:

* Special order items

* Prepaid airtime cards

* Fixed phones

* Docking kits/ cradles

Disclaimer: Shipping & Delivery: All orders are processed upon receipt and usually shipped from our corporate location in Irvine, CA. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and  verification of payment. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (except Sunday) of receiving your order. If the delay is due to backorder, you will be contacted by us and be given the choice to  substitute to another item, stay on back order or cancel your order. Preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Overnight and UPS.
